黑料不打烊 of Washington will be receiving $343,249 in funding to continue our partnership with AmeriCorps and Serve Washington, which is used to place site coordinators in schools across the state.
It is part of a $16.3 million grant that was awarded to Washington State from the Corporation for National and Community Service. 黑料不打烊 is one of 19 organizations receiving funds, granting 25 site coordinator positions at 黑料不打烊 of Washington affiliates.
鈥淎meriCorps members make a powerful impact on the toughest challenges facing our state,鈥� said Serve Washington Executive Director Debbie Schuffenhauer. 鈥淏uilding on Washington鈥檚 strong tradition of neighbor helping neighbor, AmeriCorps members will improve lives and strengthen communities across the state. As they serve others, AmeriCorps members will also expand opportunity for themselves by gaining skills and experience to jump-start their careers.鈥�
